EU SHIPPING – UPDATE: 06/07/2021
Although the UK has left the EU, we at Sass & Belle are on hand to support you with your shipping needs as we launch our new EU delivery service.
We will now be dispatching all EU orders through the GLS postal network based in Europe. This EU service ensures that you will receive your order promptly and guarantees that you will pay no extra fees in relation to duties and taxes after placing an order with us.
BREXIT STATEMENT – UPDATE: 01/04/2021
Dear Valued Sass & Belle Customers,
It continues to be a challenging time for everyone following Britain’s exit from the European Union. We may have previously contacted you regarding our pledge to cover any tax and duties associated with your EU orders placed up until 31st March. However, we have decided to continue to ease the transition by extending this until 31st May 2021. We will reassess our position on this matter again in the coming months, and will be in contact to let you know how we will be proceeding in June.
How does it work?
To make this process as seamless as possible, all EU orders will be handled by UPS on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. The benefit of using a DDP service means Sass & Belle assume all responsibility for the costs associated with transporting the goods. However, please note due to current circumstances additional customs checks are being made between UK and EU; meaning that orders outside of the UK can take up to 14 working days.
The relationship between UK and EU is ever-evolving but we are optimistic of a smoother, brighter future in relation to the current trade circumstances we find ourselves in. Sass & Belle will continue to review our policies to ensure you can confidently buy our lovingly designed gifts, as we are committed to giving you the best service we can offer.

Nous vous avons déjà contacté au sujet de notre engagement à couvrir les taxes et droits associés à vos commandes passées dans l'UE jusqu'au 31 mars. Cependant, nous avons décidé de continuer à faciliter la transition en prolongeant notre engagement jusqu'au 31 mai 2021. Comment cela fonctionne ?
Pour rendre ce processus aussi transparent que possible, toutes les commandes passées dans l'UE seront traitées par UPS en respectant un service DDP (Rendu droits acquittés). L'avantage d'utiliser un service DDP signifie que Sass & Belle assume l'entière responsabilité des frais liés au transport des marchandises.
